Formatting your Pen drive

Hey Guys! If you want to format your pen drive with NTFS then follow these steps:
(1) open my computer.
(2)right click on it.
(3)click on properties.
(4)on the windows click on hardware tab.
(5)Now select pen drive.
(6)Now on the new window select policies tab.
(7)Now select the second option
(8)Now restart it.
(9)Now you will see three option in the formatting windows
